I bought another one from Ali to use with both hands because I have arthritis in my wrist. It makes noise but spins loosely inside. It doesn't spin smoothly while shaking violently. At first, even when turning in the direction of the arrow, there was no pressure and it just spun loosely... I thought it was okay to just return it and request a refund right away... But it was a mistake to think it would work just once. I'm just going to throw it away and buy more domestically sold ones.
